"Superb"
The perfect hotel in Venice, especially with kids, very nice hotel, friendly staff but especially the location and size of hotel work so well for doing a bit of sightseeing, coming back quickly, dropping off a bag or so, going out again - and so on. We even left the kids or had them find their way back on their own when needed from restaurants or a concert nearby. It is in the middle of things yet it is very quiet and we slept well. Breakfast on the balcony next to the canal is a bonus.

I stayed in 3 Italian cities (5* to 3*) and this one was by far my favourite. Right in the middle of the city, everything was easy to get to. Fabulous staff and massive shout out to Elena who really helped me with every question I had and gave recommendations of local must dos . The breakfast was also really good ! Set my alarm to make sure I didnt miss out. The Prosecco welcome was also a treat ! Thank you for everything Team Hotel Becher

Great location. Room was perfect and met expectations. We were right on the canal and it was a good walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The breakfast included was wonderful and kept us going throughout the day . Thank you !

Hotel Becher is an extraordinary and strategic place because it is only a 5 minute walk from the city center to Piazza San Marco. Clean and quiet hotel, quiet and tidy on the upper level, on the ground floor the hotel has an open terrace where you can take aperitifs and in the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace and where the gondolas pass by and it is very romantic and evocative and then with the kindness of Mr Marco he was fantastic and helped me how to get to the islands of Murano and Burano, I recommend this hotel to everyone and all the reception staff are very kind

Everything Fabulous location and the best service, all staff were fantastic from the ladies in the breakfast to Elena and Marco who went above to make us comfortable. Our room was with the view on the canal , watching the gondolas passing by was a selling point . Highly recommend the hotel

The location is perfect! The room was beautifully decorated, and very clean. Breakfast is excellent, open buffet with a lot to choose from. But the best quality of this hotel is certainly ALL of their staff. Absolutely amazing & extremely helpful.... A special thank you to Marco, for making us feel extra welcome.

Everything! It is in the central of Venice, in a beautiful street. around all the cool coffee, great restaurants and chic shops. The hotel has a private balcony on the channel - perfect for a coffee or a glass of Aperol shpriz. Just a few min from San Marco piazza and other sites. But most important - the staff was AMAZING!!! so kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful staying and I would definitely recommend!!!!

The hotel staff is great. Elena provided over the top service and was extremely helpful. The property is 400 years old and provides an experience of staying in the real Venice. Bathroom with our room was very large and sparkling clean

Good place. Nice breakfast on a lovely terrace with a channel view and a good coffee. Perfect central location. Helpful and kind staff. Everything needed was in the room. Very quiet at night and pleasant clean sheats.

Fabulous location and the best service & attention we've experienced throughout Europe. Elena and Francesca went over and above to make us comfortable. The room was quaintly Venetian and location was prime. Breakfast on the hotel's deck watching the gondolas go by was a great selling point for booking this accommodation. We like especially the location and the jetty of the hotel, where we was sitting every afternoon to drink something and watch the gondolas. It was a very memorable moment for us what we really miss. The breakfast was very delicious. The personal is nice, but especially Mr Marco is the kindest person that I have ever met. The hotel should appreciate that they have a personal like Mr Marco.

Absolutely loved the balcony on the canal to sit and have a drink watching the gondolas pass by and our room overlooking the canal too. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way, from organising trips, water taxis and serving drinks.

We loved arriving by water taxi right up to the hotel. We loved having an evening drink on the jetty each night and being looked after by Marco, who was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely to be able yo hear the singing in the gondolas during the day. Would have been lovely to be able to make a drink in the room. The restaurant directly opposite was great. The bars are great and much cheaper. The corner pub was lovely. The bar opposite the workshop is great with lovely cicchetti.
